Nervous About Tryouts? Get Ready with our Fitness and Foundation Skills Series!
It is hard to believe, but high school tryouts are just around the corner. It's time to start getting ready for those first few days of conditioning and set ourselves up to make a great impression on our coaches!
What better way to get fit than in the sand?
The fitness portion of our series concentrates on volleyball specific movements that will challenge and prepare you for the tryout process. Build core strength, increase foot speed and improve your jump ability by training these movements in the sand with our coaches!
Add some fundamentals to your fitness!
Unlike a regular exercise program, our Fitness and Foundation skills clinics will incorporate work on your foundation volleyball skills of passing, setting, hitting, serving, blocking and reading. Get your reps and your sweats all in the same sessions!

The Fitness and Foundation Skills Series is part of our Punch Card program at Uprising Volleyball. You can purchase a 6 session punch card and get the entire series for $179, or attend individual sessions for $40 each.
