- Train alone with our coaches or create your own private/small group of up to four athletes for one low price.
- Choose the focus of your workouts so you can jump higher, hit harder, avoid injury or just improve your endurance.
- Flexible scheduling allows you to add workouts in the sand to your regular routine when you need them, or make them the bulk of your workout regiment.
-Sessions are one hour long and comprised of fitness exercises developed by our certified trainers to help the athletes reach their goals.
-Cost is $60 per session and may be divided by up to four people. Please purchase the hour training session in one transaction.
-All scheduling is first come first serve.
-Sessions are non-refundable, but may be transferred.
-Participants train at their own risk. Please consult your doctor prior to training if you have concerns about your ability to participate.
